PTC - BLTC - LLTC in Lagangilang

Friendly tennis matches were held in the Tagodtod - homecourt of LLTC among the members of the Pidigan Tennis Club, Bucay Lawn Tennis Club and Lagangilang Lawn Tennis Club on the 8th of November 2008.

It was a whole day of interesting tennis matches. It started playing exhibition match between Jeffrey-Jonash of BLTC against Bobot-Raul of LLTC while waiting for the PTC players to arrive, a 7 - 7 even match. The official friendly matches started with Anno-JR of BLTC/LLTC won 8-2 over Reynald-Macking of PTC. The day was full of variable display of tennis strokes, different levels, techniques, different ages, styles... some of the matches are: Bebot-Manning of LLTC won 8-6 over the PTC tandem; Pres. Bong-VicSR of LLTC won 8-3 over Sir Ador-Partner of PTC; Jay-Kadong of LLTC won over their PTC opponents; Anno-Mandy of BLTC won over Batting-Partner; it was a real display of tennis with some matches won by LLTC-BLTC and some won by PTC team. JR-Bobot (Artienda Brothers) of LLTC tandem almost made it through over the pair of PTC aces Daryl and Pakit, but the latter pair managed to rally back from 7-5 to even the score at 7-7. The LLTC team was reinforced by the BLTC aces Jeffrey, Jong, Troy, Jonash, Jogish, Marvin and of course led by legendary Nong Anno Bello. The LLTC team is led by Club President Bong Nelson, Tor, Bebot, Treas Victor, JR, Bobot, Manning, Pong, Kadong, Jay, Gerald, Cocoy, Raul, Franklin, Dok Pat, Sir Marin, Alex, Kael, Head, Gaygay, JPaul, Lando, John, Diane, Doc Omli...

Thanks also to the presence and participation of some of the ALTA players; Nonong, Pobet, Nong Minio, Jeff, Algier, Fr. Floro and others who came, and in one way or another made the event more enjoyable, especially so that most of the ace players are also great singers... Till our next games together!!!
